Feeling Burnt Out? You’re Not Alone. Join Butterfly Haven – A Sanctuary for Working Moms
We’re so excited you’re here—because let’s be honest, motherhood is a wild ride, and we all need a little support (and maybe a lot of coffee).
Butterfly Haven is a place where working moms can come together to learn, laugh, and navigate the ever-changing landscape of life. We may not have all the answers, but we promise you a safe, judgment-free zone to figure things out—like how to negotiate a job offer while also negotiating with a toddler about why pants are necessary. Life doesn’t have to feel like a solo mission!
who is this for?
I’m thinking about changing careers (but also wondering if I can just retire now?).
I’m thinking about returning to work (and also figuring out how to not cry at drop-off).
I’m thinking about how to talk to my child (preferably without resorting to bribery—again).
There are a million and one transitions happening at once.

ABOUT TANYA
As a life coach, I am passionate about empowering women who are juggling a career and motherhood. As a former single mom and a career professional, I know firsthand the struggles that come with balancing work and home life. And today, as a married, working mother with an infant and a young adult, I also relate to the difficulties that all women face in juggling work and life.
I created Butterfly Haven because I know how overwhelming juggling a career and motherhood can be. As a working mom with an infant and a young adult, I understand the struggles firsthand. Through change management principles, I found a way to create balance—and now I help other moms do the same.
